Kind of Funny Coincidence

So I was just looking at JustIn Control 1.0 and looking at how far we've all come together. Pretty awesome indeed. Then I looked at the graph...I started this journey on July 28th, 2008. You know what is sooo rad...guess what day my 10k is on? July 26th. Just 2 days shy of being exactly a year since we began this journey I am celebrating by running 6.2 miles. What an awesome thing to think about.

Thank you to everyone that has stuck with me.

    I am so excited that you are doing that run! You've got to be proud of yourself!
    How was eating while you were away? I know it's always hard to get in exercise and eat healthy while traveling.
