Week 5, weekend update but no weigh in
Made it back alive. Sorry I'm posting a day late, but we got back really late last night. This morning was a little crazy and I didn't get a weigh in, so I'll do that tomorrow.
As for this weekend, I didn't get all of my runs in unfortunately. I did get one in with my brother though. This whole weekend was super packed. But there is no discouragement, just excitement to get this week done right. There were moments of not the greatest eating (sometimes due to a lack of options) but all in all I definitely did not indulge as much as I normally would have. So I get a silver star.
This week's workout is pretty straightforward...
Week 5:
Warm Up! Then jog 2.5* miles 4 to 6 days.
I am going to do my best to hit all 6 days, but I have some family coming into town on Saturday.
Should be a good week. Thank the good Lord for holidays and short work weeks.
