Monday's Weigh In

My apologies for being late.
I appreciate the feedback from you guys. I think you really helped me understand realistic goals for this and I can totally do that.

The weigh in stayed the same 216. I didn't really exercise and did not expect a loss last week. This week is going to be crazy too so I don't know if another loss is going to happen. But we'll see.

I think once I break the 216 plateau things are going to really start rolling. I appreciate your support and a special thanks to my wife for calling me out last night and telling me to post so I can stay accountable.

  1. Don't set yourself up for discouragement... you may be at a place where you've made all your really big gains (i.e., losses), and the rest will be 1-2 lbs every other week or so. Who knows! Just commit to staying the course.
